Says Republicans Abroad Used as a CIA Front
In a July 1991 Village Voice article, Frank Snepp
and Jonathan King report on an exclusive interview of
Robert Sensi in which he describes the use of Republicans
Abroad as a front for CIA activity during the Reagan administration.
Sensi's interview also heightened suspicion about his
involvement, and that of William Casey and Robert Carter,
in engineering an "October Surprise" during
the prelude to the 1980 U.S. presidential election in
which Reagan defeated Carter. The Village Voice article
