Official Robert Carter Testifies to Sensi's RNC and CIA
Roles
Robert Carter served as William Casey's deputy
campaign manager in the 1980 Ronald Reagan presidential
campaign. Later, during the Reagan administration, Carter
served as chairman of Republicans Abroad. During the 1988
federal criminal trial of Robert Sensi, Carter testified
for Sensi. In his testimony, Carter spoke of, among other
things, Sensi's proficiency as a Republican fundraiser,
Sensi's role in Republicans Abroad, and Sensi's meetings
with Director of Central Intelligence Casey inside both
the White House and CIA Headquarters. The official transcript
