Sensi's One Hundred Million Shares of GlobalNet
In an SEC filing in January, 2004, Ulisse Sensi
declared that he was the beneficial owner of one hundred
million shares of the publicly-traded company GlobalNet
Corp. (symbol: GLBT). Ulisse Sensi, Robert Sensi's brother,
resides in Italy and, unlike Robert Sensi, was not involved
in the management or promotion of GlobalNet Corp. and
